- The restaurant voucher will be sent in the form of an EMOTIONS gift card. The gift card is a pre-paid card, comparable with a gift voucher, in the form of a credit card - and therefore much easier to use than a voucher of cash.
- The EMOTIONS gift card can be used almost anywhere in the Europa-Park Resort: whether the drink in Europa-Park, at the check-out in Rulantica or in the hotels, the dinner in the hotel restaurants or for Eatrenalin - there are countless was to use your gift card! Further information

- PLEASE NOTE, THE EMOTIONS GIFT CARD CANNOT CURRENTLY BE USED AS A PAYMENT METHOD ONLINE.
Conditions
- The EMOTIONS gift card is transferable.
- The gift card can be redeemed in Europa-Park, the Rulantica water world, in Eatrenalin, YULLBE, in the themed hotels and the Camp Resort as well as for events.The excluded outlets & points of sale where EMOTIONS cannot be redeemed can be found on europapark.com. To the website
- Your purchase amount will be deducted from the value of your gift card.
- You can spend the value of the gift card all at once or in several steps. However, any credit remaining on the card cannot be refunded.
- If the gift card balance is not sufficient, you can pay the difference via another method of payment.
- The card cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Validity of the gift card: 36. months (3 years) from the last use. Remaining balances expire.
- Europa-Park accepts no liability in case of loss, theft, or damage - the gift card is considered as cash.
