Conditions
Free choice of amount, you can load the gift card with every amount up to a maximum of 1,000 € (minimum 5 €).
There is no name specified on the EMOTIONS gift card, so you can use it yourself or offer it to someone.
The amount can be used everywhere at Europa-Park and Europa-Park Hotels or at events.
Hand out your card to pay at the cash desk. The amount of your purchase will be deducted from your gift card account.
The amount can be used in one or several steps. The credit remaining on the card can nevertheless not be refunded.
If the account balance is not sufficient, you can pay the difference with another means of payment.
Validity of the gift card: 36 months (3 years) after the last use. After this period, the credit remaining on the card definitely loses its value.
The gift card can be reloaded. You can load a new amount on the card at each shop in Europa-Park and in the hotels and use it yourself or offer it to someone. If you do not want to reload your card, you can keep it.
The card can not be redeemed for cash. Europa-Park accepts no liability in case of loss, theft or damage. The gift card is considered as cash.
