The restaurant voucher will be sent in the form of an EMOTIONS gift card. The gift card is a pre-paid card, comparable with a gift voucher, in the form of a credit card - and therefore much easier to use than a voucher of cash.
Please note: We are currently experiencing delays of more than one week with shipments of our EMOTIONS gift cards to Switzerland, France and other countries. We are already working on a solution together with all stakeholders. Set packages including a an EMOTIONS gift card are not affected by this issue.
