General information regarding the EMOTIONS gift card
- The restaurant voucher will be sent in the form of an EMOTIONS gift card. The gift card is a pre-paid card, comparable with a gift voucher, in the form of a credit card - and therefore much easier to use than a voucher of cash.
- You can use the EMOTIONS gift card almost everywhere throughout the Europa-Park Resort: whether it's for a drink at Europa-Park, when you check out at Rulantica or in the hotels, for the meal in the hotel restaurants and at Eatrenalin or for the Mack International ticket shop - there are plenty of ways to use it! Conditions
- The EMOTIONS gift card is transferable.
- The gift card can be redeemed in Europa-Park, the Rulantica water world, in Eatrenalin, YULLBE, in the themed hotels and the Camp Resort, for events and in the Mack International ticket shop. The excluded outlets & points of sale where EMOTIONS cannot be redeemed can be found on europapark.com. To the website
- Your purchase amount will be deducted from the value of your gift card.
- You can spend the value of the gift card all at once or in several steps. Remaining credit cannot be disbursed and stays available until legally expired.
- If the gift card balance is not sufficient, you can pay the difference via another method of payment.
- Europa-Park accepts no liability in case of loss, theft, or damage - the gift card is considered as cash.
Please note, that the EMOTIONS gift card cannot currently be used as a payment method in the Europa-Park online shop.
