Château Ollwiller – Riesling – AOP Alsace grand cru Ollwiller
Riesling from old vines growing on sandstone
This wine comes from old vines growing on sandstone. It not only has a very special shining yellow colour shine, but also an appealing, diverse aroma of floral notes and pineapple.
The scent of the yellow tropical fruit is immediately met by the nose, offering that first sensory experience even before consuming. The dry Riesling is very balanced and offers a taste with a nice length, which results from the storage in wooden barrels, among other things.
